Why can't I place a strip on the letter grid?
Each mould only accepts strips from the current tray, and a strip has to land fully inside the grid to snap into place. Try turning it with a tap first — some letters, especially curved ones like S and G, need a turned strip to fit.
My stick came out squashed — what happened?
During the Pull step, any part of the stick that spends too long under your finger gets thin. Keep your drag moving steadily from end to end rather than lingering in one spot, and the dashed band will show you the target thickness.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No. Lettered Rock works completely offline and has no account, no sign-in and no online leaderboard. Every stick and star you earn is saved on your own device.
How do I turn off the reminder or the music?
Open Settings from the gear icon on the Kitchen screen. Music, sound effects, haptics and the daily order reminder each have their own switch there, and your choices are remembered.
